- Exploiting technical errors or bugs for financial gain without reporting them to support.
Violations of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All deposits, withdrawals, and in-platform balances on melbet ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and that funds deposited originate from a source you are legally entitled to use.
Deposits are processed through the payment channels available on the platform at the time of transaction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, melbet ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the calendar month in which the relevant claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
melbet ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a user violates these terms; fraudulent activity is detected; the account is linked to money laundering; or the user is found to be ineligible to use the platform.
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. Upon permanent closure of an account for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld subject to the outcome of investigation and legal requirements.
